Snake-Headed Ceramic Fragment Found at Roman Villa in Spain

Archaeologists have identified a rare ceramic handle decorated with two snake heads at the Collet Roman villa in Spain, dating it to the Augustan period. The find suggests the presence of the Thracian-Phrygian cult of Sabazios in the region, drawing links to nearby artifacts from Empúries.
